At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 40 Sovereign Road, Kings Norton Business Centre, Birmingham, B30 3HN on 6 December 2021, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) and Sandra Fender (IP No. 23272) both of Sanderlings Accountancy Services Limited, Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 6 December 2021, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Andrew Fender and Sandra Fender as Joint Liquidators.
