NOTICE is hereby given that on 16 June 2020, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Perth by Pouts and Pinups Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 18 North Street, Glenrothes, Fife, United Kingdom, KY7 5NA craving the Court inter alia to order that the said Pouts and Pinups Limited be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; In which Petition the Sheriff at Perth by Interlocutor dated 16 June 2020 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in "The Edinburgh Gazette" and "The Fife Herald" newspapers and ordained any persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, Tay Street, Perth, PH2 8NL within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
