On 28 February 2017 Potters Kitchens & Bathrooms Limited was placed into insolvent liquidation. I, Melvyn John Potter, of 32 Mullberry Road, Northfleet, Kent DA11 8PP was a Director of Potters Kitchens & Bathrooms Limited during the 12 months ending with the day before the date of liquidation. Pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole or the business of the insolvent Company under the name Potters Interiors Limited or a corporate vehicle trading with a name containing ."Potters" or "Potters Kitchens and Bathrooms".
