"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Patrick Joseph Brazzill (IP No. 8569) and Joanne Robinson (IP No. 19890) both of Ernst & Young LLP, 1 More London Place, London, SE1 2AF be, and are hereby, appointed Liquidators for the purpose of winding up the Company's affairs and distributing its assets and that any act required or authorised under any Act or enactment to be done by the liquidators may be done by them jointly or by each of them alone."
