"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Dante (IP No. 9600) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Kestrel House, Knightrider Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6LU and Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 4th Floor, Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 1DB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
