At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, ME5 9FD, on 1 October 2019, at 11.15 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) of CVR Global LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD and Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
