At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at The Old Malthouse, Rectory Road, Taplow, Maidenhead, SL6 0ET on 28 September 2022, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rob Keyes (IP No. 008841) and Paul Ellison (IP No. 7254) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
