1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Anthony Hyams (IP No 9413) and Mark Newton (IP No 9732) of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately".
