Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 24 October 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Stephen Pretty (IP No. 9065) and Matthew Fox (IP No. 9325) both of Beacon LIP Limited, 99 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 9DR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
