“That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Henry Anthony Shinners (IP No. 9280) and Nick Myers (IP No. 18450) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
