At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 21 December 2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that D M Patel of Baltic House, 4 & 5 Baltic Street East, London EC1Y 0UJ be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of the winding up.
