Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that the Joint Liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors for the purpose of providing an update to creditors and seeking creditor approval of fees incurred.
