“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Paul Grant (IP No. 008929) of Wilkins Kennedy, 2nd Floor, Regis House, 45 King William Street, London, EC4R 9AN and Matthew John Waghorn (IP No. 009432) of Wilkins Kennedy, 92 London Street, Reading, RG1 4SJ be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that they may act jointly and severally.”
