Notice is given under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the company was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and David Andrew Butler (IP No. 08695) and Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 17 December 2021.

Notice is further given that the Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before the 20 January 2022 by sending full details of their claims to the Joint Liquidators at Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Joint Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.

Please note that no further public notice will be made and therefore the Joint Liquidators shall be entitled to make any distribution without regard to any claims not proved in the manner required by statute.
