At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held via Microsoft Teams on 17 December 2021 the following resolutions were passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Andrew Butler (IP No. 08695) and Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
