A petition to wind up the above named company of 77 Higher Market Street, Kearsley, Bolton BL4 8HQ, presented on 23 July 2018 by PRO INVESTMENTS LIMITED of Canal Mill, Botany Brow, Chorley PR6 9AF claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court, Insolvency and Company List (CHd), Manchester District Registry, on 17 September 2018 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16:00 hours on 14 September 2018.
