Notice is hereby given that on 30th September 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that Pol Fit Group Ltd., with its Registered Office at 16 Hamilton Gate, Glasgow, G40 3HP be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 30th September 2020 ordained the said Pol Fit Group Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
