"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) and Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Centre Block, 4th Floor Central Court, Knoll Rise, Orpington, BR6 0JA be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
