Notice is hereby given that on 26 September 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Livingston craving the Court inter alia that Pointwood Limited, with its Registered Office at Unit 2 Muir Place, New Houston Industrial Estate, Livingston EH54 5BF be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Livingston by interlocutor dated 26 September 2018 ordained the said Pointwood Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
