NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at CG&Co, Greg's Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU on 9 January 2020 at 11.00 am, for the purpose of

1. That creditors decide on the nomination of a Liquidator. It is proposed that Edward M Avery-Gee and Daniel Richardson, of CG&Co, be appointed Joint Liquidators and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators, may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.

2. That the unpaid pre-appointment costs as detailed in the Notice be approved for payment.

3. Whether a liquidation committee should be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a committee and if so, who the creditors' wish to nominate for membership of the committee.
