A Petition to wind up the above named Company, formerly of Kemp House, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, presented on 19 November 2020 by the Company acting by Fiona Clare Grant and Robert Neil Dymond of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, the Joint Supervisors of the failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of the Company will be heard on 18 March 2021 at 2:00pm at Maidstone Combined Court Centre, Barker Road, Maidstone, ME16 8EQ (or as soon thereafter that the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4.00pm on 17 March 2021.
