NOTICE is hereby given that on 31 December 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by PMW DEVELOPMENTS SCOTLAND LTD a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC602202), and having its registered office at Ground Floor, 7 Cambuslang Way, Cambuslang Business Park, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G32 8ND craving the court inter alia that the said PMW DEVELOPMENTS SCOTLAND LTD be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Stuart Robb and Michelle Elliot, Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA or such other qualified persons as the Court may think fit be appointed Joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 3 January 2020 appointed the Petition to be intimated and advertised as craved and ordained any party claiming an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto to the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight (8) days of intimation or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
