NOTICE IS GIVEN that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the Park Inn by Radisson Nottingham Hotel, Mansfield Road, Nottingham NG5 2BT on 9 October 2018 at 2:30 pm. The meeting is convened at the request of creditors, under section 246ZE(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for creditors to nominate a Liquidator under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Proxy forms to be used at the meeting, together with proof of debt, must be delivered to the convenor, Richard Beasley, quoting Plumline Bespoke Joinery Ltd to Business Restructuring, BDO LLP, Regent House, Clinton Avenue, Nottingham NG5 1AZ, by no later than 4pm on the business day before the meeting. Where a creditor has a small debt (ÂŁ1,000 or less), they must still provide a proof of debt with their proxy form. If a creditor does not deliver a proof of debt, their vote will be disregarded.
