“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) and Steven John Parker (IP No. 8989) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 4th Floor, Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 1DB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
