“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Michelle Breslin (IP No 9579) and Jeremy Charles Frost (IP No 9091) of Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley BR1 1LU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
