At a general meeting of the above-named Charity (Charity No. 1089616), duly convened and held at Pleasley Landmark, Chesterfield Road North, Pleasley, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire NG19 7SP on 10 September 2018 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Charity cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Charity, and accordingly that the Charity be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Allen (IP No. 008740) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Leicester LE19 1SD and Patrick Ellward (IP No. 008702) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Suite A, 7th Floor, City Gate East, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham, NG1 5FS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
