“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Blair Milne, of Azets Holding Limited, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF, (IP No: 16814) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
