A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Platinum Energy Solutions Limited (12088046) of 11 Lumley Court, Drum Industrial Estate, Chester Le Street DH2 1AN, 11 Lumley Court, Drum Industrial Estate, Chester Le Street DH2 1AN (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 41100, presented on Tuesday 21 June 2022, at 10:00 by DAVID STEVEN ALLEN, of 40 Chigwell Park Drive, Chigwell IG7 5AZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 10 August 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
