NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Convenor of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 29 March 2018 at 2:00 pm, for the purposes of passing resolutions for: Appointment of Liquidator, appointment of a Liquidation committee, the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration and the approval of the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
