At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 9 Stratford Place, London, W1C 1AZ, on 15 February 2017, at 12.00 noon, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Stephen Willis, (IP No. 9391) of Compass Financial Recovery & Insolvency Ltd, Prospect House, 11-13 Lonsdale Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1NU be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
