At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Alpha House Tipton Street Sedgley West Midlands DY3 1HE, on 17 February 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed:

Special Resolution

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

Ordinary Resolution

“That Paul Ronald Brindley of Midlands Business Recovery, Alpha House Tipton Street Sedgley West Midlands DY3 1HE, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up”.

CREDITORS DECISION PROCEDURE

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 19 February 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Paul Ronald Brindley as liquidator.
