"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Herron (IP No. 8755) and Nicola Jayne Fisher (IP No. 9090) both of Herron Fisher, 135 Seaside, Eastbourne, BN22 7NN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
