"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mike Hall (IP No. 20190) and Chris McKay (IP No. 009466) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
