"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Meany (IP No. 9453) and Nicholas Simmonds (IP No. 9570) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding-up."
