1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

2. "That Shona Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of MHA Henderson Loggie, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee be appointed Liquidator of the Company."

No 1. as a Special Resolution and No. 2. as an Ordinary Resolution of the Company.
