Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 21 June 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicola Baker (IP No. 15852) of Rushtons Insolvency Limited, 3 Merchant’s Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley, BD17 7DB be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
