We, Mark Malone (IP No. 15970) and Gary Paul Shankland (IP No. 009587) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 8th Floor, One Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5LG were appointed as Joint Administrators on 3 October 2018.

The Joint Administrators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company within two months from the last date for proving, which is 17 August 2021. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the Company, unless they have already done so, are required on or before 17 August 2021 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Administrators, whose contact details are below.
