This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Andrew Andronikou of Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL and David Perkins and Nicholas Cusack of Parker Andrews LLP, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY, who were appointed by the directors of the Company.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The approval of the Joint Administrators’ fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs. The meeting will be held on 13 August 2020 at 11.00 am. To access the virtual meeting, which will be held via Zoom, an conferencing platform, contact the convener – details below.

This virtual meeting will be recorded video and audio in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded including recordings of your facial image. Where any recording of the meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Joint Administrator by one of the following methods: By post to: Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL. All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4pm on 12 August 2020. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 11am on 13 August 2020.
