At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 28 The Little Boltons, London, SW10 9LP on 14 February 2019, at 11.30 am, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Iain Fraser (IP No. 9218) and Thomas Campbell MacLennan (IP No. 8209) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2B, Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
