A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Field Place, Nyton Road, Aldingbourne, Chichester, PO20 3UA, presented on 14th March 2017, by MIDLAND QUARRY PRODUCTS LTD, Leicester Road, Whitwick, Leicestershire LE67 5GR, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the County Court at Brighton, William Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2 0RF, on 12th July 2017, at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 4 pm on 11th July 2017.
