Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named Company, who have not already submitted a claim, are required to send their claims in writing by 2 May 2017 to the undersigned at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG and, as requested by the Liquidators, to provide documentary or other evidence in support of their claim. As the above Company has entered a solvent liquidation, it is expected that such creditor claims received which are then subsequently approved will be settled in full. It should be noted that, after 2 May 2017, the Liquidators may make any distribution they see fit, without further regard to creditors’ claims which are not received with the above-mentioned period.
