Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 August 2024, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Paul Palmer of Marshall Peters, Bartle House, Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up. At a subsequent Virtual meeting of the Company’s creditors Paul Palmer was replaced as the Members’ Liquidator by the creditors; by Conrad Alexander Pearson (IP No. 014732) and Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) both of Forvis Mazars LLP, 1st Floor, Two Chamberlain Square, Birmingham, B3 3AX and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
