"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Dominic Dumville (IP No 17890) and Nicholas W Nicholson (IP No 9624) of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
