"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Rose (IP No. 8928) of M1 Insolvency, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham, NG1 6EE and Gary Paul Shankland (IP No. 009587) of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."
