Notice is hereby given that Steven John Currie was re-appointed as Liquidator of the Company on 13 December 2021 following a Court Order made on 7 December 2021 to restore the Company to the Register.

Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 31 March 2022, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to the Liquidator at Currie Young Limited, Ground Floor, 10 King Street, Newcastle under Lyme, ST5 1EL.

If so required, by notice from the Liquidator, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.

Note: The Directors of the Company previously made a declaration of solvency (8 December 2016) and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full, should any claims have arisen since the prior declaration / dissolution of the Company.
