At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH on 21 April 2017 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Amie Johnson (IP No. 18570) of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
