"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Sean Williams (IP No. 11270) and Andrew Poxon (IP No. 8620) both of Leonard Curtis, 36 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5JL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
