Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 June 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Renshaw (IP No. 9712) and Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
