At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Willingdon, Berrydown Lane, Overton, Hampshire, RG25 3AB on 21 April 2020 at 10.00am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Mark Newton (IP Number 9732) and Lloyd Hinton (IP Number 9516), of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH, be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company”.
