At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Coton Road, Nuneaton, CV11 5TW on 29 April 2022 at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Andrew J Cordon (IP No. 009687) both of CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
